Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights rotation)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with various solid tumor cancers, including breast, lung, prostate, pancreatic, and colon cancers.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, ensuring patient safety and optimal care.
• Administer chemotherapy and participate in infection prevention protocols.
• Assist patients through diagnosis, treatment, and transition to end-of-life care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate computerized charting and documentation within EPIC system.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Ohio or compact state nursing license in hand at time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification.
• Telemetry interpretation and monitoring skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Oncology nurse experience, preferably in medical-surgical or tele unit.
• ONS chemotherapy certification.
• Previous travel nursing experience.
• Flexibility to float to other MedSurg Oncology units as needed.
