Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts (Days/Nights rotating)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, respond to patient needs, and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Complete and document assessments, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
• Participate in holiday rotation shifts as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio license or Compact State license in hand at time of submission.
• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent experience in Medical-Surgical Telemetry.
• 18 months of prior permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel assignment.
• American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Ability to work at least every other holiday.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital setting within a large healthcare system.
• Prior travel or temporary nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
