Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Maintain a productivity rate of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment, with flexibility to float to other clinics if required.
• Ensure all therapy sessions meet company standards and patient care guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure or license eligibility as a Physical Therapist.
• Clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.
• Ability to work full-time with a schedule of 8-hour shifts during daytime hours.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
• Willingness to work up to 40 hours per week, with overtime approved by management.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with orthopedic or musculoskeletal patient populations.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic clinical environment and handle multiple patients daily.
