Job Title
• LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF
Location
• Bloomfield, NM
Schedule / Job Type
• Part-time, 12.5-hour shifts, Days, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide basic nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Monitor and document patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with patient activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Required Qualifications
• Valid LVN or LPN license/certification
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual skills are a plus
