Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Document patient care activities in compliance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working specifically in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations.
