Key Responsibilities

• Provide wound care nursing services to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Assist with other nursing duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of West Virginia.
• Experience or training in wound care preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and documentation procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Knowledge of wound care protocols and treatments.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
