Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 13-week contract, Days shift, 7 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a medical-surgical setting, ensuring comfort, safety, and proper treatment.
• Float between Medical-Surgical and Emergency Department as needed, following skills checklist requirements.
• Document patient information accurately using EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care and response to clinical needs.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota RN license in-hand.
• Minimum experience in Med/Surg, ER, and Charge Nurse roles.
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and TNCC certifications.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days and nights.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PALS (AHA) certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH).
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system.
