Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 1 shift per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to individuals in a Medical Surgical unit
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of medical surgical procedures and protocols
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a Medical Surgical unit preferred
- BLS/ACLS certification advantageous
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
