- Full-time, outpatient, 5 days per week, day shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system
- Float within the hospital as needed to support various departments
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina or Compact license as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient therapy experience
- EMR experience, preferably with Epic
- Ability to work full-time days, Monday through Friday
- COVID vaccination (or approved exemption) required at submission
- Must include SSN and DOB in traveler profile at submission
- Two recent professional references from supervisory roles
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Epic EMR
- Ability to float within hospital departments
- Flexible and adaptable to hospital needs
