Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients under supervision
- Assist in implementing therapy plans and documenting patient progress
- Support clinical team in delivering quality patient care during scheduled shifts
- Collaborate with therapists and healthcare staff to ensure treatment goals are met
- Maintain accurate documentation of interventions and patient responses
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or certification
- Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting (preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a day schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of therapy procedures and documentation standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in outpatient or skilled nursing facilities
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
