Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients following established treatment plans.
• Complete required documentation, including some directly with ATI outside of the clearance packet, prior to assignment start.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain active licensure and adhere to facility and licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active and current physical therapy license.
• Experience in setting and delivering physical therapy services.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Comfortable working days with 8-hour shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with ATI or similar healthcare providers.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes and documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with healthcare equipment and therapy modalities.
