- Full-time, Days shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to patients to improve daily living skills
- Document patient progress and update treatment records
- Support patient care activities and facilitate therapy sessions as directed
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations during therapy sessions
Required Qualifications
- Certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with pediatric, adult, or geriatric patient populations
- Knowledge of therapy equipment and techniques
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
