• Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative nursing care to patients in an outpatient surgery center.
• Assess patient needs, prepare for procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech electronic charting.
• Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to facilitate smooth preoperative workflows.
• Adhere to all hospital protocols, licensing, and certification requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California RN license in hand.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in PreOp or PACU settings.
• Current ACLS, BCLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong ophthalmology background preferred.
• Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient surgical centers.
• Familiarity with Meditech or similar electronic charting systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
