Nurse Administrator
Location: Tarzana, CA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Day shifts (5 days per week, 8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate patient safety protocols and clinical operations related to grievance management.
  • Ensure timely intake, investigation, and documentation of CMS-defined grievances.
  • Provide clinical oversight of event reporting, triage, and escalation processes.
  • Facilitate and monitor root cause analyses (RCAs) and FMEAs, including implementation of corrective action plans.
  • Support regulatory inquiries, complaint investigations, and survey readiness activities.
  • Review medical records for mortality chart review and maintain compliance with accreditation standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid California RN license in-hand.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in critical care or emergency department settings.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Inpatient acute care experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work 8-hour days, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • Experience working within a healthcare facility including patient safety and risk management functions.
  • Prior experience with CMS grievance processes or survey preparedness.
  • Strong clinical and operational oversight skills.

  • Travel compliance requirements include SSN and DOB submission, with some restrictions on time away from the facility.

  • References covering recent supervisory roles are required.
  • Candidates must have a Fire Card issued within the last 30 days.
  • Willingness to work holidays is required, with a commitment to working at least 3 of the specified holidays.
