• 13-week contract, full-time, days shift, 36 hours guaranteed per week, 7 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in a skilled long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Conduct clinical assessments and document patient progress
• Support and educate patients and their families as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of North Dakota or eligible for licensure
• Relevant experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in rural or outpatient facilities
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
