- Full-time, 3 shifts per week, rotating days and nights, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a step-down/IMC/PCU setting, following established clinical protocols
- Monitor telemetry and IV therapy, ensuring patient safety and stability
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records system
- Participate in rotating holiday schedules and on-call duties as required
- Float within units of similar or lower acuity levels as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU or IMC units
- Valid and current state or compact license
- ACLS and BCLS certifications
- Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
- Epic electronic health record system experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to adapt quickly to unit changes and float as needed
