• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within medical-surgical and telehealth units, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Float between units as needed, including units of equivalent or lower acuity, during assigned shifts.
• Manage patient assignments with estimated ratios of 1:3, adhering to clinical protocols.
• Perform IV starts, telephonic documentation, and other nursing procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care throughout rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio or Compact State nursing license.
• Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency in IV starts and telephonic documentation.
• Ability to float across units as assigned.
• Experience with travel nursing preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience.
• Familiarity with hospital parking options and compliance procedures.
• Ability to adhere to strict fingerprinting and credentialing timelines.
