  • Full-time, Days shift, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state and facility protocols.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and ensuring resident comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LPN or LVN license in the state of Maine.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
  • Basic nursing skills and knowledge of state regulations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid.
