- Full-time, Days shift, 12.5-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state and facility protocols.
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensuring resident comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN or LVN license in the state of Maine.
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Basic nursing skills and knowledge of state regulations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
