Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Monitor patient conditions, record notes, and communicate changes proactively.
  • Follow facility protocols for wound care, IV therapy, and dementia/memory care.
  • Document patient information accurately using electronic medical records (PCC).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

  • Current RN license in the state of North Dakota.
  • Knowledge of PCC electronic medical record systems.
  • Ability to administer IV therapy and medications.
  • Strong assessment and communication skills.
  • Must adhere to all facility policies and safety standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience working in SNF or long-term care facilities.
  • Familiarity with dementia/memory care, wound care, and IV therapy.
  • Prior experience working with elderly or memory loss patients.
