• Full-time, Days shift, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts, 13-week traveling contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and improve patient mobility.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient's progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Participate in onboarding and orientation at the assigned facility.
• Contribute to a caring environment focused on excellence in rehabilitation services.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Minnesota.
• Relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work full-time days shifts.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation clinics.
• Prior travel therapy experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with community-based healthcare services.
