Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician prescriptions and treatment plans
- Assess patient progress and modify therapy plans as needed
- Document patient treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop comprehensive patient care plans
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a similar clinical setting
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
