Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, rotating shifts, 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday with alternate weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility
- Assess patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and treatment details accurately
- Support patient recovery and improve functional independence
Required Qualifications
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state of California
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or related healthcare setting preferred
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a 130-bed skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care standards
