Job Title

• Sterile Processing Technician

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, evening shifts (5x8 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sterilization processes for medical instruments and equipment in accordance with hospital protocols
• Ensure all surgical tools and supplies are properly cleaned, disinfected, and ready for use
• Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization procedures using electronic health records systems
• Adhere to regulatory and safety standards, including certifications and hospital policies
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sterile processing experience; 2 years preferred
• Certification from CBSPD or CRCST
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be eligible to obtain or possess a current certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a hospital or acute care environment
• Familiarity with EPIC or similar charting systems
• Ability to work evening shifts and maintain flexibility with schedule
