Schedule / Job Type

  • Full-time, on-site, evening shift (5x8 hours)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment following established protocols.
  • Ensure all sterilization processes meet safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sterilization procedures using electronic medical records systems.
  • Assist in inventory management and proper handling of sterile supplies.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams and other hospital staff to ensure readiness of instruments and equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sterile processing experience; 2 years preferred.
  • Certification such as CBSPD or CRCST required.
  • Ability to work evenings, Monday through Friday, with no weekends required.
  • Must be able to pass certification and compliance assessments.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous experience working in a hospital or acute care setting.
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation systems such as EPIC.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to sterility and safety protocols.
