Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in a clinic setting.
• Manage a caseload averaging 55-63 patients per week.
• Complete documentation using Raintree electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Participate in scheduled shifts, including two evenings per week until 7:30 PM, with the option for 4x10-hour shifts.
• Maintain professional standards and follow clinic protocols to ensure quality care.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings.
• Active physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Ability to complete three HealthStream Modules prior to assignment.
• Willingness to work evenings and full shifts of 8.5 hours.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient or physical therapy experience in a clinical setting.
• Flexibility with schedule and working hours.
