Schedule / Job Type

  • Full-time, 12-hour shifts, days, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Nebraska
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Ability to work 12-hour day shifts effectively
  • Prior experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment
  • Strong patient care and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
