• Full-time, Contract / Temporary, Evening shifts, 8.5-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Administer medications and monitor patient health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Adapt to facility protocols and emergency procedures as needed.

Required Qualifications
• Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska.
• Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Ability to work evening shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care.
• Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
