Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician
• Monitor and document patient health status, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff regarding patient needs and progress

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of Iowa
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Ability to work night shifts on a Sunday through Saturday work week schedule
• Ability to fulfill guaranteed hours of 36 hours per week (12-hour shifts) or 40 hours per week (8- to 10-hour shifts)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior contract or travel nursing experience in a long-term care environment
• Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills
