- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological nursing care to patients.
- Monitor and document patients' conditions, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Assist in patient education related to maternity and women's health.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent OB/GYN nursing experience.
- Strong knowledge of obstetric and gynecological procedures and patient care.
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital or similar acute care setting.
- Bilingual skills relevant to patient populations (a plus).
