Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the operating room environment.
- Assist surgical teams during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor and respond to patient needs before, during, and after surgeries.
- Adhere to sterile techniques and hospital protocols.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal surgical outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous travel nursing experience.
- Experience in Level 1 trauma centers.
- Strong clinical skills, validated by high ratings on skills assessments.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Burn unit experience.
- Experience working in high-acuity surgical settings.
