Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend and holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care within the ICU, including line insertion and intubation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Assist with hypothermia protocols and CRRT / CVVHD management
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic charting system
• Float within scope to IMCU or ICU units as needed to meet facility demands

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license (or compact license, with verification of ETA if applicable)
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Current ACLS, NIH, and BCLS certifications
• EPIC electronic medical record experience
• Ability to assist with line insertion, intubation, and related procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Magnet hospital setting
• Experience with hypothermia protocols and CRRT / CVVHD
• Comfortable working in a high-acuity acute care hospital environment
• Flexible and team-oriented approach

• Travel compliance deadline is Monday at 3 pm CST prior to start date
• Candidates must have a valid SSN, DOB, and professional references available at submission
• Note: No local candidates within a 75-mile radius; license in hand required at submission for Illinois
• Must complete required modules within 1 week of signed contract and before start date
• Background checks strict, no DUIs or medical marijuana cards accepted
• No first-time travelers; minimum 2 years ICU experience required
• Positions involve floating within hospital and affiliate facilities based on need
