Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Manage an active caseload of 25-30 patients, with 12-13 visits per day.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, including fall risk assessments and case management.
• Treat conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative care, and chronic pain management.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience; new grads will not be considered.
• Knowledge of orthopedic, geriatric, and outpatient therapy practices.
• Ability to perform clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency in documentation and patient management systems.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with post-operative rehabilitation, fall risk assessments, and diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with managing orthopedic conditions such as Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tears, and rotator cuff injuries.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
