Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, travel assignment, day shift, 13-week duration

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures within the operating room, supporting the surgical team with instrumentation and sterile techniques.
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure proper handling of surgical equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and support staff to ensure efficient and safe patient care during surgeries.
• Follow established unit policies and procedures regarding patient care and safety standards.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including call as required.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential.
• 2+ years of OR scrub experience.
• Ortho/Joint experience is essential.
• NBSTA and DORA certifications are required.
• Flexibility to work day/evening hours and respond to call shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level I trauma experience.
• Experience with high acuity procedures (excluding CVOR, Neuro, Transplants).
• Availability for shifts within the 1100-2300 window preferred.
