Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient conditions and monitor progress throughout treatment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Document patient records and treatment outcomes accurately
• Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines during therapy sessions

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license/certification as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in physical therapy (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
• Rotating shift availability
