Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Assist occupational therapists in implementing therapy programs.
• Support patient progress through targeted interventions and exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient responses and progress as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Licensure or registration as required by state regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
• Prior experience in occupational therapy preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with diverse patient populations.
