Key Responsibilities

• Conduct auditing, reporting, and tracking related to infection control within the facility
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols and standards
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
• Document and communicate infection control activities and findings
• Participate in clinical interviews for prospective candidates as part of the onboarding process

Required Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license
• Experience in infection control or related clinical settings
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
• Ability to conduct audits and generate reports effectively

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience within LTC or SNF settings
• Knowledge of infection prevention and control regulations
• Ability to perform audits and tracking with proficiency
