Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide age-specific, direct patient care in the Emergency Room setting.
- Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Adhere to department-specific standards of patient care and protocols.
- Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation of tasks to other healthcare team members.
- Comply with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and healthcare policies.
Required Qualifications
- Active nursing license in the state of practice.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications prior to start date.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior ER or emergency care experience.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills.
