Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on a busy Cardiac/Progressive Care Telemetry unit and IMC/PCU/Stepdown units.
• Float to other MS/Tele units and ICU with low-acuity patients as needed.
• Document patient information accurately using Epic electronic health record system.
• Ensure compliance with all required certifications and hospital policies.
• Pass competency exams for Epic charting experience within the last 12 months.
• Maintain adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid TN or Compact State Nursing License.
• At least 2 years of RN experience in acute care settings.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Epic electronic medical records experience within the last 12 months, with demonstrated competency.
• Ability to pass a fit test (men must shave facial hair).
• Must be eligible to provide references and pass background checks.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in Cardiac, Progressive Care, or Stepdown units.
• Prior float experience across MS, Telemetry, and ICU units.
