Contract | Full-Time | Days | 4x10-hour shifts (Tuesday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting across a variety of surgical specialties
• Float to all OR suites as needed to support surgical team requirements
• Assist with ENT procedures including tracheotomy, head and neck flaps, ear, and soft tissue cases
• Support neurosurgical procedures such as burr holes and craniotomies
• Participate in surgical oncology cases as assigned
• Fulfill on-call requirements as needed per departmental scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Active Kansas RN license or valid Compact RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one of the following specialties: ENT, Neurosurgery, or Surgical Oncology
• Prior operating room experience required; new graduates will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency in all three specialties: ENT, Neurosurgery, and Surgical Oncology
• Experience floating across multiple OR suites in a high-volume surgical environment
