Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (17:45–06:00)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Labor and Delivery nursing care, maintaining a 1:1 OB patient ratio
- Perform Med-Surg nursing duties, comprising approximately 75% of the role, at a 1:3 patient ratio
- Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in a critical access hospital setting
- Utilize CPSI and Perigen electronic charting systems for accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license – Missouri or Compact state license required at time of submission
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery specialty
- Prior critical access hospital experience required
- Current CPR and ACLS certifications required
- Must meet background check requirements (reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- TNCC, NRP, or PALS certifications
- Experience with CPSI and/or Perigen charting systems
