Key Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care in the operating room.
• Assist surgical teams during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage anesthesia as required.
• Follow hospital protocols and safety standards for Level 1 trauma cases.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Respond to patient needs during complex surgical procedures, including trauma cases.

Required Qualifications

• Previous travel nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center.
• Strong clinical skills demonstrated through a high rating on skills assessments.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including call, weekends, and holidays.
• No block scheduling; schedule may vary as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Burn care or burn experience preferred.
• Experience with high-acuity surgical cases.
