Mammography Technologist – Radiology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 10-Hour Shifts | Monday–Friday | 4 Shifts per Week | 0700–1730 (One weekday off per week based on department needs) | No Weekends | No On-Call | No Holiday Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced breast imaging procedures in a high-volume, fast-paced hospital-based mammography department
• Conduct prone and upright biopsy procedures with precision and confidence
• Perform breast localizations and contrast-enhanced mammography
• Operate independently within a highly advanced diagnostic and interventional breast imaging environment
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation within the EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Mammography Technologist experience in a hospital setting
• Active ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Mammography (M)
• Active Kansas Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) license — must be in hand at time of submittal
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience with advanced breast imaging procedures including prone biopsies, upright biopsies, breast localizations, and contrast-enhanced mammography
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume department

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Proficiency with Hologic Dimensions imaging equipment
