Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinical setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions in accordance with established care standards
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation as required by the facility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts (permanent license required; compact license not accepted)
• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist in a relevant clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements prior to assignment start
• Completion of any required facility documentation outside of standard clearance processes before start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with contract or travel therapy assignments
