Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Day/Night Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting
• Float between ICU and Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) as needed
• Manage and monitor patients requiring CT surgery post-operative care
• Operate and manage cardiac assist devices including IABP and IMPELLA
• Participate in weekend rotation (every other weekend) and holiday coverage (2 holidays required if working through winter holidays)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar ICU setting
• CT surgery experience and hands-on experience with IABP and IMPELLA devices required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between ICU and step-down or intermediate care units
• Familiarity with complex cardiac and surgical patient populations
