Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional clinical care within the outpatient department, working directly with providers, clinic staff, and management.
• Assist with daily clinic operations, including front desk coordination and patient care activities.
• Maintain medication inventory and supplies, ensuring quality control for Point of Care testing.
• Document all patient care and services accurately and professionally.
• Oversee clinic opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Support other staff and providers by anticipating needs and facilitating efficient patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Current full, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Alaska or another U.S. state; application for Alaska license required prior to start if hired directly.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clinical Competency certification within 3 months of hire and every three years.
• High Risk Competency certification within 3 months of hire and annually.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing processes and infection control principles.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
