Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting, seeing approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 patient visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as part of standard scheduling practice
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and adhere to approved scheduling and overtime guidelines
• Float to other clinic locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Tennessee
• Ability to meet productivity and patient volume expectations in an outpatient environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced clinic environment
