Contract | Days | Full-Time | 5x8 Hours (8:00–16:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services in an acute care hospital setting
• Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
• Float between facilities within the state as required by assignment needs
• Participate in holiday coverage, committing to work 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience required
• Active California Occupational Therapist license (must be in hand at time of start)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• LA fire card obtained within the last 30 days required
• Must disclose any license or background hits upfront at time of submission; no open license hits will be approved
• 2 professional references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in an acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Ability to accommodate a block schedule based on manager discretion
