Key Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate the delivery of healthcare services and departmental efficiency within the Cardiac Cath Lab with limited supervision.
• Plan and execute daily patient flow, including coordination of patients, staff, and physicians.
• Reinforce expectations, assist in holding staff accountable, and participate in corrective and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assist with interviews, onboarding, training, and competency assessment of new staff, including hands-on instruction of equipment functionality and procedures.
• Proactively manage employee relations, maintain a cohesive working environment, and keep leadership updated on departmental issues.
• Recognize various patient conditions and exercise professional judgment to ensure appropriate patient care and successful procedure completion.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Radiology or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of Cath Lab or procedural experience.
• Active BLS certification.
• Active ACLS certification.
• Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (KBMIRT) Radiography License.
• ARRT Radiography (R) Certification.
