Contract | 13 or 26 weeks (traveler's choice) | Rotating Days or Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 variable shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents in a 40-bed facility with a 1:20 patient ratio
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and facility protocols
• Document patient assessments and care delivery using ECS charting system
• Float within scope of practice to meet facility staffing needs as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health and well-being

Required Qualifications

• Valid, active Alaska Registered Nurse license (must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, with prior LTC experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required; local candidates not accepted (must reside at least 50 miles from facility)
• Current BLS certification
• Must be at least 25 years of age to qualify for facility-provided vehicle
• Must obtain Alaska Food Worker Certification during on-site orientation (one-time fee applies)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECS electronic charting
• Flexibility to work any major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's); must be available for at least 2 of the 3
