Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general musculoskeletal patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as required by clinic workflow
• Obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours
• Participate in a travel team model with potential placement at the primary clinic or a neighboring clinic location

Required Qualifications

• Active single-state Colorado Physical Therapist license, or documented confirmation of a pending application
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience (new graduates will not be considered)
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience with high-volume patient caseloads and double-booking scheduling models
